Jon J. Saia is a 1986 graduate of Capital University Law School and brings over 20 years
of experience to the Firm. The focus of his practice is in criminal/traffic defense and domestic relations matters. Beyond personal representation, he also provides expert testimony in court on the issue of standardized field sobriety testing and is often consulted by colleagues with regard to breath testing issues.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has certified Mr. Saia as an instructor in the administration of standardized field sobriety tests. In addition, Mr. Saia is certified by National Patent Analytical Systems, Inc., the manufacturer of the BAC Datamaster, in the operation, diagnostic verification and calibration of the BAC Datamaster Breath Alcohol Testing Instruments. The BAC Datamaster is the most commonly used breath alcohol testing instrument in Ohio. Mr. Saia serves as Chair of the DUI Committee for the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
