About Jon J. Saia
Jon J. Saia, managing partner at The Law Offices of Saia, Marrocco & Jensen Inc., has received the Super Lawyer designation for 19 years running. Jon’s commitment to DUI and OVI defense has earned him a reputation for strong client advocacy and a deep knowledge of criminal law.
Jon’s background is extensive. He graduated from Capital University Law School in Columbus and has practiced law in Ohio since 1987. He has spent over 35 years defending clients facing charges for DUI, criminal offenses, and other traffic-related issues.
Jon’s considerable knowledge in field sobriety and breath alcohol testing sets him apart. He is certified by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration as an instructor in field sobriety testing and has deep knowledge of the BAC Datamaster, Ohio’s primary breath alcohol testing instrument.
Jon regularly lectures at DUI defense seminars to share his experience with other attorneys. He also serves as the editor and main contributor to On Tap, a quarterly newsletter on DUI defense.
About Matthew Mollica
Associate attorney Matthew Mollica has been named a Rising Star for 2024. This designation highlights young attorneys who have achieved excellence in their practice within their first ten years. Matthew has focused his practice on criminal law and DUI/OVI defense in Central and Southeastern Ohio.
Matthew began his career after graduating from Vermont Law School in 2018 with a certificate in criminal law. He joined The Law Offices of Saia, Marrocco & Jensen Inc. and has since provided dedicated service to numerous clients facing challenging legal situations.
In addition to his legal practice, Matthew is an active member of multiple legal associations, including the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National College for DUI Defense. He also contributes to his community by volunteering with organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters and local sports teams. This Rising Star award demonstrates Matthew’s dedication and potential as an attorney.
