Biography
Michael Marrocco, a lawyer with more than 30 years of legal and trial experience, is a partner with The Law Offices of Saia, Marrocco & Jensen, Inc.
Attorney Marrocco’s areas of practice include the defense of those charged with felony and misdemeanor offenses, OVI, and traffic offenses. A significant part of his practice also includes domestic relations counseling and litigation. Attorney Marrocco brings years of legal experience and knowledge of the law to ensure that every client receives excellent representation.
Attorney Marrocco has set himself apart from his peers by completing training in the operation and maintenance of the Intoxilyzer 8000, the newest breathalyzer machine to be put in use in Ohio. He has also completed the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s course on DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing — the same course administered to police officers throughout the state.
Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Attorney Marrocco garnered a strong reputation as a lawyer who steadfastly and aggressively defends his clients in all areas of criminal and domestic relations law. He has amassed over three decades of trial practice experience, including serving as the assistant prosecuting attorney for the City of Delaware.
Attorney Marrocco’s courtroom experience also includes hundreds of divorce and custody cases. He has handled thousands of OVI, criminal, and traffic matters with extensive jury trial experience.
