Terry J. Rugg “T.J.” is an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Saia & Piatt, Inc., in New Lexington, Ohio. Mr. Rugg is deeply rooted in Southeastern Ohio. He brings with him 10 years of experience as a strong litigator and advocate for his clients.
Mr. Rugg’s practice is focused on Estate Planning, Wealth Preservation, Criminal Defense, OVI and Traffic Defense, and Family Law.
Mr. Rugg spent three years working for the largest Elder Law firm in Ohio where he gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge in estate planning, guardianship, estate administration, trust administration, last will and testaments, advanced directives, trusts and probate. In addition, Attorney Rugg has successfully defended multiple clients in felony and misdemeanor cases and has significant courtroom and trial experience.
Attorney Rugg is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association, the Licking County Bar Association, and the Perry County Bar Association.
