The Law Offices of Saia, Marrocco & Jensen Inc., is excited to announce that we will be hosting an Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement Course (ARIDE), which will feature Senior Instructor Robert F. LaPier. The ARIDE course will take place Friday, November 21 st through Saturday, November 22 nd at at the Hyatt Place Worthington in Columbus, Ohio.

In order to participate in the ARIDE Course, you must have previously completed the DWI Detection and SFST Course which we are hosting September 19-21 in Columbus. We still have a few seats left for the DWI Detection and SFST Course, which you can learn more about here. These courses will provide defense attorneys in Ohio with invaluable information for defending OVI and DWI charges in Ohio.

This course is the NHTSA/IACP’s latest OVI/DUI Drug Course for Law Enforcement. Senior Instructor Robert F. LaPier is the leading nationally recognized instructor for the course and we are pleased to have him teach at our seminar.

Mr. LaPier has more than 20 years of experience and spent more than 6 years as Field Commander with the Idaho State Police. He is an official DUI/WI instructor, a Senior Instructor in NHTSA, a Breath Test Specialist, and is a Factory Certified Maintenance Technician, Operator, and Instructor for the Intoxilyzer 500 and BAC DataMaster. With his impressive credentials, the course will provide exceptional insight for legal professionals practicing DUI defense.

The course cover two full days and will provide inform and train participants on a variety of important aspects of DUI defense. Each participant will be given an NHTSA/IACP ARIDE student manual and have completed 12.75 total CLE hours. There is a limit on the number of registrants allowed, so make sure you act fast if you would like to sign up for the course!
