The seminar was organized by Attorney Cleve M. Johnson and will cover case law updates and issues which pertain to OVI laws.

Attorney Jessica D’Varga will be presenting on the topic of “What to Look for in Police Videos” in the seminar’s morning session. Attorney Joseph Hada will be presenting on the topic of “Does Stopping and Starting Breathing Really Cause Invalid Samples?” in the afternoon session. Both sessions will provide valuable insight and understanding for those seeking to provide exceptional OVI defense in Ohio.
Attorney D’Varga and Attorney Hada are more than qualified to speak at this seminar, as they are both extensively trained in OVI defense and have several years of experience in this field. Attorney Fallon has spoken at several DUI defense seminars and is a regular speaker at Second Chance Counseling’s Drive Intervention programs.
