At The Law Offices of Saia, Marrocco & Jensen Inc., our goal is to offer the best possible service to our clients, whether in criminal and OVI defense, family law, or estate planning.
We recently received an incredible recognition for our commitment to exceptional service. We are proud to announce that our firm has been selected for the 2015 Edition of U.S. News – Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms” , an honor bestowed on only the top law firms in the nation.
This prestigious distinction is awarded based upon a firm’s overall performance in their practice area. There is a rigorous evaluation process involved, including collecting reviews from both lawyers and clients. Additionally, in order to be eligible for selection, a firm must have at least one lawyer who has been included in Best Lawyers for their particular area; Attorney Jon Saia was selected for The Best Lawyers in America (2015) earlier this year.
The Role of Client Feedback in “Best Law Firms” Selection
The 2015 Edition of U.S. News – Best Lawyers “Best Law Firms” includes only the top firms for various areas of legal practice. Choosing these firms can be very challenging, no doubt. So what are some of the things that U.S. News looks for?
The firm’s former clients must rank and provide feedback on such aspects as:
- Legal expertise
- Responsiveness and communication with client
- Understanding of business and its needs
- Cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- Whether or not they would recommend the firm to others
Fellow lawyers also vote on these aspects, as well as integrity, the quality of the firm as a competitor, and whether or not they would refer a client to the firm. The nominated firms must also have a preeminent national presence within their field of practice. There were over 4.9 million evaluations collected by Best Lawyers in a recent annual survey, proving further how impressive it is to be selected.
