Super Lawyers® Magazine selects the top lawyers in each state through a patented multiphase process that involves peer nominations and evaluations in combination with third party research. The highly regarded legal organization evaluates the nominees on 12 indicators of professional achievement and peer recognition, with the goal of creating a credible and diverse list of each state’s most outstanding attorneys. Super Lawyers® is a valuable resource for consumers looking for legal counsel, and the list is updated annually on a state-by-state basis.
The Rising Stars℠ list is assembled using the same multiphase selection process used for Super Lawyers®, with the additional requirement that nominees must be either 40 years old or younger or have been in practice for 10 years or less. While up to 5% of attorneys in any given state are chosen for Super Lawyers®, no more than 2.5% of attorneys in a state are named to the Rising Stars℠ list.
This is the ninth year in a row that Attorney Jon Saia has been chosen for the prestigious list in the category of Criminal Defense/OVI. The magazine also selected Attorney Saia for the Top 50: Columbus Super Lawyers® and the Top 100: Ohio Super Lawyers® lists. Attorney Saia has achieved an outstanding record of success in OVI defense and is known statewide for his training and expertise in this area of law. In addition to this recognition from Super Lawyers®, Attorney Saia was also chosen for The Best Lawyers in America list for 2015.
Attorney Jessica D’Varga was selected for the 2015 Ohio Rising Stars℠ in the category of Criminal Defense/OVI, and this is the fourth year in a row that she has received this honor. Attorney D’Varga dedicates her practice to defending clients against OVI, criminal, and traffic charges. Attorney Fallon is well-known in the legal community for her extensive knowledge of Ohio’s OVI laws.
Attorney Lisa Wafer was chosen by Ohio Rising Stars℠ for the 2015 list in the category of Estate Planning/Probate. This is the fourth consecutive year that Attorney Wafer has been selected for this honor. Attorney Wafer is experienced in assisting clients with a wide variety of estate planning matters, and she has earned a reputation for being hardworking, responsive, caring, and professional.
