Mr. Rugg is deeply rooted in Southeastern Ohio, and brings 10 years of experience as a strong litigator and advocate for his clients.
Mr. Rugg’s practice will focus on Estate Planning, Probate, Wealth Preservation, Elder Law, Family Law and Criminal and Traffic Defense.
Attorney Rugg spent 3 years working for one of the largest Elder Law Firms in Ohio where he gained vast knowledge and experience in Wealth management, Estate Planning, Guardianship, Estate Administration, Trust Administration, Last Wills and Testaments, Advanced Directives Trust and Probate matters. In addition, Mr. Rugg has significant courtroom and trial experience in criminal and traffic matters.
