We are working hard to serve our clients. While being mindful of “Stay at Home” order, all attorneys and staff remain available to our existing clients and new clients.
We are all working from home and are set up to do telephone and video conferencing and receive and reply to emails. We continue to file pleadings electronically or by fax. If necessary, our attorneys remain available to appear in court when requires. Many courts are permitting appearances via video.
Recently, The Law Offices of Saia, Marrocco & Jensen Inc., conducted an entire hearing via video conferencing. In addition, our offices were involved in other court proceedings via video. Many courts are set up to conduct hearings with neither the attorney or client having to leave their home.
